    Data Sharing Across Customers

    Certain categories of Service Information—such as business contact records—may be contributed to and shared across Origami’s platform in a shared data model. This helps ensure that contact information remains accurate, enriched, and up to date for all Customers. Other categories of data, such as internal CRM notes or proprietary sales data, are not shared across accounts.

    We respect our Customers' control over their data. Customers may request access to, modification of, or removal of data from the shared model, and we will honor such requests in accordance with our policies and applicable law.

    Use of Service Information

    Our use of all Service Information is governed by our Terms of Service and/or other binding agreements with our Customers. We only use this information to deliver the Origami Services, improve platform intelligence, and provide support to our Customers.

    Origami uses automated technologies to collect a variety of information about visitors to our website and Users of our Service. We refer to this as “Usage Information.”
